Hello everyone, There is going to be a large scale PTO tactical next year in October. It is themed for the battle of Luzon. If you have a PTO uniform regardless of it being US Army, USMC, IJA, IJN, or Fhilipino Resistance, you are welcomed to come! It would be awesome. but that is a 12hr trip via car lol. it sucks because there is no PTO tactical s up here in the north.

Start one then. I have run events for modern era and assisted in a couple of Vietnam and WWII. It comes down to land and time, once you get the land then e time part is easy. I plan to to get something started here in Missouri as soon as I can.

Just for info: All, There is going to be a PTO tactical on Aug.23-25 . It is themed for the battle of Luzon. If you have a PTO uniform regardless of it being US Army, USMC, IJA, IJN, or Fhilipino Resistance, you are welcomed to come! Event will be held at the Va.-Carolinas MHA Battlefield Complex, near Enfield NC, site has bunkers, trenches and prepared positions on rolling terrain, site is almost exactly halfway between NY and Florida, and 6miles off I-95. Event is hosted by the 8th Shidan, Japanese Reenactment Group. All, I spoke with the Japanese Commander today he tells me that the Americans can expect an original Japanese pack howitzer, a Type 99 mg, and possibly a Mortar.
they also expect 20+ Japanese troops, so plan ahead for a great battle. The 8th Shidan will have the registration posted ASAP, on the webpage.
please let us know if attending and how many coming with you and what impression!

take NC481 west, go 2.9 miles to intersection of NC481/NC4/NC48 (stop sign) turn right, North, on NC4/NC481/NC48 travel 3 miles, driveway on right watch for signs at entrance,

Please sound off if attending, the 8th Shidan is making plans now for the event
So far we have: US Army Infantry US Army Airborne USMC USN Seabees
Japanese Army
(impressions allowed, US Army, USMC, USN, Japanese Army & Navy, Philippines resistance, etc.)
so far we expect 2 US Jeeps and an original Japanese Howitzer.
